Stretch marks: Yes, but from my pregnancy with Max. So far no new ones!

Best moment this week: Getting some work done. I'm so backed up on editing!

Worst moment this week: RAIN! It's been a gloomy, lazy, tiring week!

Miss anything: I miss energy! lol. i'm feeling so sluggish lately~ Bahhh.

Movement: So much tossing and turning! I can tell he's going to run out of room real soon.. cause i can feel EVERYTHING!

Cravings: fruits, ice cream, and cereal

Queasy or sick: nadaaa

Looking forward to: Max's nap time! when he sleeps, i get in a hour of zzzzz's. :)

Man..I just realized i'll be 32 weeks in a couple days. Time is really flying! Baby boy will be here in no time! Hopefully i'll be ready! I keep looking back at my calendar and reviewing what i did and the past week seemed like a blur~~~ Good God!

And my weekly walks around the mall with Max seems to be slowly drifting away. We usually go in the morning before the stores open and i let him loose so he can burn off some energy and i  don't have to worry about him getting lost in the crowd! I get a good work out trying to keep up with him too, so i gotta make sure i keep it up and not get too lazy to go!

We also got to try out Max's new glider board recently! It attaches right onto our stroller and it only took me less than a min to put on! (which was awesome). At first he was like, "what the heck is this?" and as soon as he found his balance and got a hang of it, he LOVED it!

I like this configuration. I really don't want to spend extra money on a car seat adapter, so i thought this would work for us when i have baby #2 since Max doesn't sit in the seat as much anymore (cause he's too busy running around). So i was thinking of having baby # 2 in the seat while max rides on the glider if he wants me to push him. And when Max does gets tired or if i need a break and need to strap him down, i can put him in the seat and just wear baby #2! I have a 2nd seat but i don't think i'll need it till baby # 2 is a bit older. For now, on our walks, i think this will work for us! Or so i hope! :D We're still practicing! The only sucky part is i have to take my stroller organizer/cup holder off so that Max can stand on the glider board...where am i suppose to put my coffee? dah! And i do hit the board while i'm walking~ which kind of gets annoying but i'm going to try and adjust the board next time and see how that goes. So far i like it! 

Oh and i got the Baby Jogger City Select back in November when they were having a sale wit the 2nd seat included! Cause Baby Jogger was redesigning their logo and the new seat now have a different harness. Which is no big deal! I got it at a good price, so i'm happy! You can still find the 2013 models at a great price! But i don't think it'll come with a 2nd seat. Still, you'll be saving a lot! I loved my Uppababy Vista but the City Select just made sense for my everyday use and growing family! I'm happy with my decision..and wonder why i didn't go with the City Select from the start! I went through so many strollers! Dah. Lessoned learned!

Gotta love a good deal

Guess what? We got a new stroller. *Big deal* Not only did i get a new stroller, but it was THE stroller i was looking for and this mama got really lucky finding one on craigslist! Yup. My first craigslist purchase! I've been googling this stroller for a couple months and i have been stalking craigslist hoping someone might list it. And BAM. On Sunday evening i went to search for it, and there it was. I had to blink a few times to make sure i wasn't dreaming... The 2013 Uppababy G-Luxe umbrella stroller. In the color i wanted. Brand new. AND with a brand new travel bag. ANDDDD i paid less then the retail price (of the stroller..i basically got the travel bag for free)! :D

I actually needed both stroller and the travel bag for our trip in October. And this stroller is back ordered everywhere! I'm so happy! But of course my husband isn't..he always know how to bring a girl down. Just wait until he gets used to it. He'll complain at first but he's gonna love it later! 

So far Max and i love it! We used it at the mall yesterday and it was a smooth ride! I'll review this stroller when i get more use. And after i come back from travel! :)

At least for now my back can get a little break. I have no problem with my Vista (i love it). I admit, it is a bit heavy. But with Max getting bigger and heavier...my back really does ache. 

Anyway.... wahooooo! i love a good deal!

2013 Baby Jogger City Select

HELLS YES! I have been waiting for Baby Jogger to have black frames for the City Select! I figured they would come out with one soon since Britax B-Ready and Uppababy Vista has it too(which i have). Now i'm really tempted to sell my Vista and torn between which color to choose. Hehe. I just wish they had it available in diamond. I have the black on black Vista right now...so i'll probably end up with another black on black -_- I like to stick with safe options. But the silver looks pretty slick too! .....Dang it! 

So, I LOVE my Vista. I really do.. But as i looked into thinking about a second child, I read a lot of issue on the UppaBaby Rumble seat. It stays in one position, can't recline back, and seats are too close. But the Vista, i would say is best for one baby. Cause of the height, storage basket, reverse seat, one hand recline and easy handling. Just wish the it didn't come with the bassinet. Then maybe it wouldn't cost as much cause i didn't buy the Vista till way later so i never used the bassinet..seems pretty useless (to me ;P). 

Sai and I are planning on having a 2nd soon, real soon (;D) so i'm thinking the City Select would be the best fit for us. Hopefully he doesn't bitch at me for selling the Vista to buy another stroller! xD Hopefully when he gets to use the stroller he won't mind as much?? I LOVE all the different seating options to provide comfort for the babies and easy fold up for the parents! I had a Baby Jogger City Mini GT and missed the one hand fold! So, i guess everything works out with the City Select!

Thank you Baby Jogger for hearing my prayer! lol. After this, i need to stop messing around with all this stroller buying -_- I've also been looking at an umbrella stroller, but yea. I need to cut that out. haha.  

Citrus Lane: February Box

Max and i look forward to our Citrus Lane box every month! Every month i constantly track my package and be on the look out for the mailman~ lil obsessive, i know.. lol.

This months box theme was music! We got the tambourine~ oh what fun! 

We also got another book! We got so much from his birthday, he can probably open up a library. Then we got tooth gel! I was actually gonna look into getting him some since he won't let us stick our fingers in his mouth to clean his teeth, can't wait to try it out! Oh and antibacterial wipes and a lip balm for mommy! Both of which i need in my diaper bag, for sure! If you know me or see me all the time, you know i have the worse chapped lips evarrrr. It's so bad. Always chapped or cracked (ack). I get it from my mom -_- yay..

Oh, and off topic.. i'm so glad i bought this pants today at Gap while at the mall! He leaked out of his diapers today and went to go change him in the bathroom, which is already hard enough since he won't stay still for it..i go take his diapers off...and there he went... all over the changing table and down his legs. ugh. That was fun to clean~ yep. This is what my life has come to.. just glad it wasn't number 2!

Anyways, pants..good buy today! whew!

Max's Favorites

Just a few of Max's favorites ;D We use, eat, and play with these everyday and it's always packed in my diaper bag! Except the stacking toy, of course. 

1. Munchkin snack catcher- You gotta get this! It's a must! I used to carry around a lil container to carry his snacks but they always end up all over the stroller or the floor. So instead of wasting his snacks... i bought this and love it! It comes in a 2 pack too! And it only took him about 5 minutes to get how to use it. 

2. Plum Organic super puffs- LOVE! I tasted all of them! They are delicious and very lightly sweetened. I also love the fun colors and taste combo. Max could eat the whole bottle... if i let him. 

3. Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn apptivity case- The biggest distraction~ If Max gets fussy or impatient, i pull this right out of the diaper bag and he is distracted for a good while! It's my lifesaver. I just used one of hubby's old iPod and downloaded some apps. And it keeps it safe from drool and drops! :D

4. Munchkin sippy cup- My other distraction. I pull this out and then...silence. Mmmm. Max doesn't like drinking water, so i add a splash of apple juice and he chugs it down! It's very easy to clean. It clicks when closed. Anddddd it doesn't leak! This also comes in a 2 pack!

5. Fisher-Price stacking rings- I like to buy toys that can challenge my baby and help him develop his lil brain. He loves trying to stack it. And of course..put it in his mouth. My 20 month old niece loves playing with this too!

Uppababy Vista- Part One

Woo hoo! My new stroller was delivered today! I have been into all thing babies! Gear, clothes, toys, everything... Is it a 1st time mom thing? Well, it makes me happy... so whatever~lol!

I got some dough for Christmas from Sai (he's not a shopper -_-) so i ended up gifting myself with a new stroller! I'm pretty sure that he wasn't expecting me to spend it all at once, but hey~ what do you expect from a girl?! I've been looking for a new one anyways.

Baby Max has been so fussy lately in his current stroller (Baby Jogger City Mini GT). I thought i did all the research i could before i bought it..but i guess it's trial and error. I don't hate the GT, I actually LOVE it. But there are certain features that didn't work out with Max. I think the number one thing was the seat. It doesn't sit up all the way. He's always trying to pull himself up to sit up straight. And my only problems would be the recline.. you would have to pull a string thingy (sorry, don't know what it's called) and slide it up and down..and with a heavy sleeping baby, it could get annoying sometimes. The other would be basket. There's a decent amount of space, but it's a lil hard to get to it. Just minor things..but otherwise i love this stroller for the all terrain wheels, canopy, and the easy one fold!

Anyways, I just got the Vista so i haven't had a chance to take it out yet. The set up was really easy! Took me about 5 minutes. And it's HUGE! Or maybe because it's in Max's lil room. It's definitely taller tho! 

I decided on the Uppababy Vista because of the reverse seat, large basket, the height (i have a bad back), and the one hand recline! I was deciding between the Vista or the Bugaboo Cameleon 3. I would of loved to end up with the Bugaboo but it cost way too much! And not worth arguing over the the hubby~ haha. Cause he would have a fit if he knew how much i spent on a stroller. The Vista is pretty pricey too, but we are planning on having more kids so i thought it was worth it since you can add a 2nd seat. Wish i had gotten this earlier so that i could use the bassinet! Guess i'll have to wait for the next baby! Can't wait to take this baby out! It is pretty heavy and a lil harder to open and close.. compared to the city mini gt. I'll just have to get used to it first. But i hear good things about this stroller!
